Gasmaster is a compact but powerful control system that combines simple operation with an extensive array of input and output functions.

Gasmaster provides all the information you need about your gas and fire detectors at a glance.

The large multi-lingual display shows gas levels from all detectors simultaneously, and enables system adjustment and testing using buttons on the front panel. Gasmaster can operate ‘stand-alone’ or interface with any alarm devices and control systems using a selection of outputs.

A general purpose electronic sounder for fire, security and industrial applications; the Sonos Sounder Beacon is certified to EN54. With the TimeSaver base, connections are made to the base during the initial wiring phase which results in faster and more reliable installation.

The sounder head ‘twists and clicks’ into the base on commissioning, avoiding the wiring and connection problems associated with traditional sounders.

With a choice of 32 tones including all the major international standards, the Sonos Sounder Beacon has universal acceptance.

Xgard is available in flameproof, intrinsically safe, or safe area formats for use in all environments, whatever the classification.

Features:

Low cost of ownership – Xgard detectors are designed for easy installation and maintenance to keep costs down. The three junction box options are all designed to make replacement of sensors and sinters extremely simple. Spare sensors simply plug-in.

Many spare parts are common to all Xgard models, which keeps spares holding requirements to a minimum.

Wide range of sensors – Poison resistant pellistors, for all flammable detection needs including hydrocarbons, hydrogen, ammonia, jet fuel, leaded petrol and vapours containing halogens.

Electrochemical sensors are used to detect a vast range of toxic gases and oxygen.

Thermal conductivity sensors are available to monitor % volume concentrations of gases.

Flexible installation options – Xgard is designed for either wall or ceiling mounting without the need for additional brackets.

Xgard can accommodate M20, 1/2” NPT or 3/4” NPT cable glands to suit all site requirements.

High temperature models are available for hot environments (up to 150°C).

Accessories are available for duct mounting and sampling applications as well as remote gassing for simple sensor checking.

Rugged and reliable – Xgard is manufactured using a choice of three materials: glass reinforced nylon, highly durable aluminium with a tough polyester coating, or 316 stainless steel for ultimate corrosion resistance. All versions are designed to operate even in the harshest conditions. Spray deflectors and weatherproof caps are available for use in areas subject to regular wash-downs, or offshore environments.

The GAS 306 system is designed to monitor gas levels from a number of sample-points, targeted at situations where the positioning of conventional gas sensors may not be practical.

Gas samples are sequentially extracted for a timed period by a central control unit via fixed sample lines. A high rate sample is taken by the main pump during which a reduced rate sample is passed across the sensor device.

The central unit provides gas level readouts with two alarm trip points per line, providing a range of signal outputs for annunciator and control functions.

The GAS 640 range of multi-channel control systems offers an incredibly versatile approach whilst ensuring a reliable safety system across all industries and applications. Having the capacity to monitor up to 64 addressable and 16 direct sensors, 8 of which can be converted to accept mV catalytic sensors. Larger system requirements can also be met with over 1000 addressable sensors possible through a networked GAS 640 solution.

Designed to take the user experience to the next level, the GAS 640 can be installed in all customer environments with configurations available as a wall mounted unit, 19’’ rack system, panel and din rail mount.

GAS 640 features a vast range of optional equipment including GAS 640 software, enabling full data logging facilities with system management, providing real time views showing sensor locations, alarm status and actual gas values.

Designed to operate across multiple industries and applications, the unique system architecture offers flexibility with up to six different control panel options. The intuitive user interface sees parameters set via the front panel or alternatively via PC, and detectors supplied pre-calibrated. GAS 640 can be customized to meet your specific requirements, without the need for extensive cabling, providing a comprehensive, highly configurable safety system.

Vortex offers all the flexibility you will need while still being simple to operate. All the day to day operations can be completed via push buttons on the front panel. With up to 12 channels*, including up to 3 for fire, Vortex can be customised to meet your site requirements, however complex, without the need for extensive cabling.

Wall mounted: Vortex

A standalone unit for surface mounting on walls, the display panel shows the fault and alarm levels for all the channels, but the LEDs only light when a hazard or fault is detected. This means the whole system can be checked at a glance. Setting adjustments can be made at the enclosure without the need for additional equipment.

Panel mounted: Vortex Panel

For fitting into an existing panel or door and offering wide range of PSU and battery options.
